Ryan leads Product and Operations focused on Black Diamond Trust & Retirement Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for product strategy and daily operations for the full suite of offerings that serve many of the industry's largest trust companies, wealth management firms, and retirement platforms. Additionally, Ryan is a passionate advocate for clients, proactively tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and specifications.
Ryan joined the SS&C team in 2009 and has held various leadership roles in the organization, including heading up the client service team. Before that, he worked in settlement services at Merrill Lynch. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of North Florida.
