We just wrapped up another fantastic session of SS&C Deliver, and it is safe to say this has been one of the best yet! As we pack up and head out of the cradle of jazz, we can’t help but reflect on the harmonious blend of innovation, strategy, and practical insights we heard from our speakers, panelists, and fellow attendees during this premiere event.
Being an advisor in today’s world takes work. There are endless options for clients to pursue, new and exciting investment options hitting the market seemingly every day, and a multitude of regulations financial professionals must adhere to. The team crafted each Deliver session in the wealth management track for advisors wanting to pivot, grow, and thrive in this ever-evolving environment.

Personalization at Scale for UHNW clients
By 2025, the number of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with $50 million or more in assets will soar by 30% over 2021 levels. At this end of the wealth spectrum, clients expect an even greater level of service. During the session Solutions for Ultra High Net Worth Clients: Personalization at Scale in Wealth Management, our panel of leaders from Trust Company of the South, Tolleson Wealth Management, and Plante Moran discussed how technological solutions can streamline processes and provide individualized solutions for each client’s unique needs.
While in New Orleans, our clients learned even more about the cutting-edge technological solutions we offer and how those tools enhance the type of client personalization that every advisor needs to be successful. It has been a jam-packed few days, but attendees are returning home better equipped to meet the unique needs of their end investors.
Reflections on leadership and entrepreneurship
There was a lot of excitement during the session, SS&C's Wealth Management Ecosystem | Unleash the Power of Diverse Solutions. We loved the positive feedback on our products, but the most gratifying thing was seeing how engaged the audience was and how many questions they had for our product leaders.
And, of course, who could forget the fireside chat between SS&C CEO Bill Stone and David Rubenstein, co-founder and co-chairman of The Carlyle Group and chairman and CEO of the Baltimore Orioles. Rubenstein’s reflections on leadership, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy were particularly impactful, blending his vast experience with thoughtful anecdotes.
"The conversation with David Rubenstein was a masterclass in leadership and vision,” said Leivent. “His ability to connect the dots between managing wealth and managing a sports team gave attendees an unforgettable lesson in strategy and perseverance."
Like the bands we saw playing in the streets, Deliver 2024 was a perfectly orchestrated ensemble, with each breakout session and speaker adding their unique sound. The final result provided everyone with the insights needed to adapt to future changes in wealth management.
