John Berthiaume

Director, Product Management, SS&C Advent

John Berthiaume is a Director on the Geneva Product Management team and is based out of Boston, MA. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Finance. John joined SS&C Advent in 2008 and has previously held roles within the support and relationship management organizations. In his current role, he is focused on working with clients to understand their needs and how we can best address those within the Geneva roadmap.

Claire Fix

Senior Relationship Manager, SS&C Advent

Claire Fix is a Senior Relationship Manager within the Customer Success Organization at SS&C based out of San Francisco. In her role she manages a book of strategic accounts making it her mission to deeply understand her clients' business and ensuring they maximize their investment in SS&C products and services. Prior to this role, she successfully lead a support team at SS&C with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence. Claire holds a B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology from Lewis & Clark College.
