Javier is a Director of Solutions Management at SS&C Advent, primarily focusing on aligning the Genesis Platform with client requirements. Starting his career at SS&C Advent, Javier dedicated nearly nine years to various capacities, ranging from implementation to pre-sales within the Asset Management Group. This foundational experience set the stage for his subsequent leadership roles, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to innovate and drive growth.
Before rejoining SS&C Advent in his current position, he was the Director, Commercial Lead within BlackRock Solutions' Aladdin Product Team. He was accountable for the commercial development of the Aladdin Data Cloud offering, a role that included maintaining client relationships, identifying new revenue streams, and developing pricing models for both prospective and existing clients. Prior to joining BlackRock, Javier was at other financial technology companies, handling a range of responsibilities, including strategy, pre-sales, and project delivery of a cloud-native open API-based accounting platform. Before Summa, Javier led the Sales Engineering function at Addepar, servicing Family Offices, Wealth\RIA Managers, Endowments, Foundations, and Pensions.
